Basil
Basil is a gentle and affectionate facilitator. He likes to hug, especially with those that are feeling a bit sad (or who give good scratches. He’s very good at training humans to do scratch him!). He works in a quiet and gentle way whilst getting his point across if he feels he needs to. His speciality is working with those that are grieving, where he becomes like glue until the client begins to acknowledge and process it. The hugs make him a favourite with children and adults alike. He tends to volunteer with people who need to acknowledge and address some of their feelings.
Stavros
Stavros is one of our resident Guinea Pigs. He can be shy at first but once he feels comfortable he can be quite boisterous. He loves to climb in hoods and sleeves. The key to Stavros’ heart is through his stomach. He loves most vegetables and often steals food from Pedro. He’s very cheeky!.
Ted
Ted is a gentle giant, He works well with all ages but is extra careful with the littlest ones. He has a good sense of humour and often brings out his playful side and encourages clients to access theirs. He likes to please. He works well with those who struggle with frustration and anger and will find just the thing to bring it to the surface. His speciality is looking after our youngest clients and keeping them safe. He will also help you stay in your body if he feels you are going to disassociate. Ted loves humans and enjoys liberty work. He volunteers when it’s time to look towards the future and start having fun.
Pedro
Pedro is one of our resident Guinea pigs. He is a curios and nosy little fella and likes being cuddled. Once he feels safe he can get quite talkative. His favourite food is Dandelion leaves. He’s generally a little less active than Stavros so is usually first choice with anyone a little nervous when first having cuddles.
For workshops we collaborate with other practitioners in the area.
